Welcome to BecomingKnown. By accessing or using our website at becomingknown.com and any of our tools or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BecomingKnown, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

BecomingKnown currently provides:

  • A Creator Earnings Analyzer — a free tool that estimates earning potential for content creators based on user-provided inputs.
  • A Personalized AI Earnings Report — delivered via email upon request, generated using AI based on your profile data.
  • A Free Strategy Call — a complimentary 1-on-1 consultation with our team.

We are also developing a creator marketplace, which will be subject to additional terms upon launch.

3. Use of the Earnings Analyzer

The earnings estimates provided by our Earnings Analyzer and AI-generated reports are for informational purposes only. They are based on general market data and the information you provide, and do not constitute financial advice, a guarantee of income, or a promise of any specific result. Actual earnings vary significantly based on many factors beyond our control.

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Analyzer. We are not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incorrect or misleading input data.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform in an unauthorized manner.
  • Submit false or misleading information through our tools.
  • Use our services to spam, harass, or harm others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on BecomingKnown — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of BecomingKnown or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The AI-generated earnings reports delivered to you are provided for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Klaviyo, Supabase, Anthropic, and Vercel. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of earnings estimates or AI-generated reports.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BecomingKnown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BecomingKnown, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
